  * Version control system implemented. Monkeypsych now makes a copy in the the subfolder all_monkeypsych_versons, each time it was updated since the last time it was run.
  * Major restructuring for the priority of randomizations/custom conditions/and manual inputs, clear hierarchy: Manual input -> custom condition -> randomization
  * Major restructuring for allowing multiple targets
